PUBLIC NOTICE FRANKLIN SQUARE WATER DISTRICT TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD COUNTY OF NASSAU, NEW YORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an election will be held the 9th day of
December, 2025 at the office of the Franklin Square Water District, 895 Schroeter Avenue, corner of Court House Road, Franklin Square, within said District, for the purpose of electing:
One WATER COMMISSIONER of said District, for a term of three years, beginning January 1, 2026 and expiring December 31, 2028.
The polls will be open for the receipts of ballots from 6 o’clock P.M. to 9 o’clock P.M.
Candidates for WATER COMMISISONER, shall file their names with the secretary of the Board of Water Commissioners on or before Friday, November
7, 2025 and such nominations shall be submitted in petition form, subscribed by Twenty-Five (25) qualified voters of the District.
